We reserve the right to remove content that may violate copyright, intellectual property, privacy or these Terms.
You retain ownership
You retain full ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute and stream your content through our platform and to use it for promotional purposes. Promotional purposes include but are not limited to, our social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.
3. AI-Generated Content
If you upload AI-generated or third-party generated content, you remain responsible for confirming it is legal, royalty-free and properly licensed.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features such as banners, promotions or additional uploads may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
- We do not collect or store credit card information.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.
Refund Policy
Subscription payments are handled through Stripe. Refunds are processed according to Stripe’s terms and our discretion for eligible cases. Please refer to the Refund Policy for more information.
5. Affiliate Links and Sponsorship
We may display affiliate offers or product promotions. We may receive a commission from purchases through those links. Affiliate relationships do not affect chart rankings or song visibility.
6. Prohibited Behaviour
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don’t have rights to.
- Use bots or automation to inflate plays or likes.
- Attempt to manipulate charts or rankings.
- Upload illegal, hateful, violent or harmful content.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
We may remove songs, suspend accounts or permanently ban users for fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
7. Age-Restricted Content
You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content complies with local laws, restrictions and parental guidelines. Explicit or adult material may be moderated or restricted.
8. DMCA & Copyright Takedown
If you believe your work has been copied or used improperly:
Please use the DMCA Take Down form to submit a request.
We will review all DMCA takedown requests and remove content when appropriate. Repeated violations may lead to account removal.
9. Artist Promotion & Display Rules
- Charts are based on real listener plays and likes.
- Premium does not guarantee chart ranking.
- Premium banner rotation and display orders may change.
10. Platform Duties & Liability
We are not liable for:
- User-generated content
- Copyright disputes
- Loss, damage or data corruption
- Third-party outages
- Misuse of uploads by other users
The platform is provided “as is” with no warranties of availability, error-free performance or uninterrupted service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or remove users or content at our discretion for violating these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
